Our two year training program in morphological research
Starting again in autumn 2018
rheingold employs 3 to 4 trainees every training year.To ensure consistently high standards of quality, we only start new training programs every 12 to 18 months. Currently we are taking applications for our next training cycle which is scheduled to start at autum of 2016.
During the two-year training program, trainees learn to use the tools of morphological psychology and gain a foundation in marketing and business practices. Equipped with these resources, our trainees are then able to use depth psychology to explore German culture and that of other societies.
Initially training focuses on conducting depth interviews and focus-group discussions. This is then followed by an introduction into the evaluation of findings, client management and project organisation. Suitable candidates are then able to complete an 8-month trainee master program with a focus on analysis, reporting and presentation. Upon graduating, participants qualify as project managers.
Trainees who complete the program successfully often receive the opportunity to work at rheingold.
